Warranty

1.Warranty Period

The product benefits from:

Legal conformity warranty: 2 years, in accordance with Law 449/2003 and Emergency Ordinance 140/2021.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the consumer.

 

2.Consumer Rights

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to:

  • have the product brought into conformity through repair or replacement, free of charge;
    • receive a proportional price reduction;
    • terminate the contract, if the lack of conformity is serious or if the seller fails to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.

 

3.Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if the roof rack is used in accordance with the installation and usage instructions.

The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects, such as:

  • defects appearing in the material under normal conditions of use;
    • defects in the mounting mechanisms;
    • other non-conformities occurring without consumer intervention.

The warranty does not cover:

  • incorrect installation or installation on an incompatible car model;
    • exceeding the maximum permitted load specified in the user manual;
    • damage caused by impacts, accidents, mechanical shocks, or theft;
    • normal wear and tear of components;
    • damage caused by extreme conditions (scratches caused by branches, storms, hail, etc.);
    • modifications to the roof rack or unauthorized repairs/interventions.

It is the user’s responsibility to:

  • ensure that the roof rack is properly assembled and secured before driving;
    • periodically check the tightness of clamps or mounting bolts;
    • respect the weight limits recommended by the manufacturer.

Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

 

4.Warranty Claim Procedure

To process a warranty claim, the consumer must present:

  • the defective product (physically or clear photos showing the defect(s));
    • this completed warranty certificate;
    • proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

The maximum repair time is 15 calendar days from the date the product is arrives at the service point, in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the courier) takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to:

The request must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product from the courier.

 

1.Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • Only be handled to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, similar to what would be permitted in a physical store.
  • Include all original accessories, documentation, packaging, and the purchase invoice.
  • Be securely packed, preferably in the original shipping box or another suitable protective carton to prevent damage during transport.

If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its characteristics and functioning, the seller may reduce the refunded amount to reflect the diminished value of the product.

 

2.Return Shipping

If the return is made for personal reasons (not related to product defects or warranty issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may choose any courier company, however the package must be clearly addressed to the return address that we will provide to you in writing via email after your withdrawal request is received.

 

3.Refunds

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

However, the refund may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or until proof of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Orders paid Cash on Delivery or by bank transfer: the refunded amount will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer in the return form.
