Buying

1. Add the selected product(s) in your cart.
2. You can find and acces your shopping cart from the right part of your screen.
3. Once you acces your cart, you can add more pieces of the same product with + and – .
4. From the cart you can see a detailed view of it or go to the checkout page
5. Make sure you fill correctly the billing details and delivery address.

Order processing & Shipping

1. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) if the product is in stock. Otherwise it takes 15 working days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing. After you place the order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail AND in 24 hours a phone call from us to verify and firmly confirm the order. We will not preceed with processing the order and shipping until this step is completed. Once the order is confirmed and the status is updated to processing you will be notified via e-mail.
2. You have two payment options: Cash on Delivery & Bank Transfer. For Bank Transfer payment, after the order confirmation phone call you will receive your invoice in the e-mail and after the payment is made/confirmed we will proceed to the next step which is order processing and preparing for shipping.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Estimates. Our packages are usually shipped with DPD Romania. In various situations we can opt to ship the packages with Sameday or Cargus. Once the product is shipped, the order status will be updated and you will receive an e-mail containing the parcel tracking number. The standard delivery time is 1-3 working days but may vary due to weather or high volume and once the package leaves our headquarters delivery times are no longer under our control.
4. Delivery costs and fees vary depending on the size and weight of the package(s) and will be communicated via order confirmation phone call after you place the order. It will also appear in the order processing e-mail once updated.
