The website sells automotive parts and accessories.

Product availability depends on current stock.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and the order may be canceled with a full refund if payment was already made.

6.Delivery

7.Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the customer receives the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller by email at:

The customer must return the product within 14 days from notifying the withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified.

The seller will reimburse the payment within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

8.Product Warranty

All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Romanian and EU legislation.

Consumers have the right to request:

replacement

price reduction

contract termination where applicable under the law.

The legal warranty period for new products is 24 months from the date of delivery.
